Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Ashlar in the past 12 months (or $100 if you have paid nothing).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ashlar is headquartered (to be specified). You agree that disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.

If a dispute arises, you agree to try to resolve it informally by contacting us first. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration (where applicable) or resolution in court as specified.
